I’ve used this deal extensively for all the services my Optima SXL has needed. They have always been timely for my appointments. I no longer service my cars to save money since all services by this dealership has been explained, accurate, very reasonable in costs and I save the time and dirty hands. A car dealership
It's a hit or miss when it comes to quick and friendly service. However, my last two times I've came for an oil change it was quick and easy. Unfortunately, Will is no longer there but Pete helped me. He took me in fast, friendly, and let me know my car was ready for pick up. Thank you Pete.
This dealership has the quickest sales process I have ever encountered. We arrived 2:20 PM and left within three hours Wow! That was with two test drives. I have purchased many cars in the past and this by far was the easiest.
The staff really pulled together as a team to help me get the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. Thank you.

Everyone was Friendly, they were ready for me at my appointment time, paperwork was quickly done, all requested and needed service was completed and reviewed with me by my service advisor both before and after service. My service advisor kept me informed as needed while service was being completed. Cost was far less than expected and they offered veteran discount . As a tech who also moved into the sales side of things I GREATLY appreciated the expertise Charlie brought to my Kia service experience. I knew that HE knew his stuff. We prioritized my services and I left incredibly happy. Waaaaaaaay better than the last tech I worked with, tall bald-headed guy. I literally wasn’t looking forward to servicing the Kia cause I thought I’d get this guy again (I got him the last couple times). Anyway - Charlie, you the man! Kia betta give you a raise.

The entire process from start to finish was professional and seamless. We were able to discuss the car we wanted, pricing, and set up a time to pick up the car all before we got there! Once we got there, all that was left was some minor paperwork and a test drive. It was truly the best car leasing experience I have ever had!
