Service here is a joke. The amount of time wasted here was just ridiculous. EPB and Auto Hold lights were illuminated and my OBD2 code scanner showed C1360-81, C1652-08, and C2416-01, indicating an electrical failure of the EPB system on the driver side. We came in on March 2 to get our car looked at because it's a certified pre-owned car and it should fall under warranty. Kia of Cerritos did not honor their agreement, leading to a lack of trust in their business practices. I agreed on an out-the-door (OTD) price for a Kia Sportage for my son with Isaiah Barrera. He instructed me to bring a cashier's check instead of wiring the money. I confirmed this twice through phone and text before going to the bank. Despite informing him about my limited time due to accompanying my mother, who is on hospice, he insisted on a cashier's check. This is the first time I have given a 5 star review to a dealership I didn’t make a purchase at. We were close but not close enough to finalize. However their team was transparent; honest, helpful and did everything possible to try to make it work. I wish we could have made a deal, but I was impressed by their good faith effort. Having negotiated with a few other dealerships they stood out.

Worst sales experience with a car dealer ever! They sold 2 cars supposedly being held out from under me before I could get to the dealer. This happened twice in a 3 day period. Then they pushed to get me to but a gas model when I had told them I wanted a hybrid. I had pre-approved financing from my credit union and money for a down payment which they were told. Was extremely disappointed w/ the service from their Service department, was greeted by Eddie Chavez who seemed bothered with my wife’s presence and kept insisting for her to buy the most expensive package. After we repeatedly told him “we were okay, with just a regular oil change and tire rotation. After 4 long hours, our car was returned with a small crack in the front window. Shawn lebs the service director took down our info with an aggressive attitude. Seemed as if we were bothering him. Seems as customer service doesn’t exist in this place of business. Completely awful
The time to get the car dropped off was minimal considering the volume of other customers. The service order was quickly written up and the ride home was free. The service was completed faster than estimated. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Took my car in for its first 5k service and the service was excellent. Nick, my service advisor was positive, professional and responsive. Told me how long it would take, my car was ready in the time frame he had quoted and he also helped with pairing my phone and getting the outdoor temperature reading reset.

Now she is going to be riding into her 70's in a bright blue Kia Soul with heated seats and a great sound system. The service overall was really good. However, I had a scheduled apt. For Thursday at 3PM and was “suggested “ that I should pick it up the next day. I agreed even though the service was only supposed to be “45 mins tops”. Returned first thing in the morning, 7am when they open and when I told my advisor I would. The car HAD NOT been looked at all and so I had to rent a car. Enterprise in Cerritos Auto Square was amazing! Still wasn’t happy that I was put out of my own car. Please do better to prioritize!

I’m never disappointed by Kia of Cerritos. When my advisor tells me an issue was found during regular service and recommends we address it, my first question is always “will it be done today?” Unlike many dealerships or repair shops I’ve visited, Kia of Cerritos has never failed to keep to a quoted timetable. Last night was no exception, I was the last person to get my car back and the lot was being locked up while drove away, but the service department kept their word and had me out on the road by closing. The service member who took care of us was very sweet to my little daughter. He was so kind too, and took pains to not keep us waiting too long. I suspect he even stayed a bit later than he had to make sure we were taken care of.
Sales team here is great. We have leased a total of three vehicles with them and have recommended two other family members as well. Johnathon Zepeda helped reached out to us on our previous pease which we were considering swapping out for the bigger SUV and we went in on Saturday. I took my EV6 for a broken windshield wiper fluid dispenser. I called Travis and he immediately got me an appointment. He diagnosed and had the issue fixed within 2 hours. I could not be happier!! He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable of my car. I highly recommend this dealer and especially Travis!

I’ve used this deal extensively for all the services my Optima SXL has needed. They have always been timely for my appointments. I no longer service my cars to save money since all services by this dealership has been explained, accurate, very reasonable in costs and I save the time and dirty hands. It's a hit or miss when it comes to quick and friendly service. However, my last two times I've came for an oil change it was quick and easy. Unfortunately, Will is no longer there but Pete helped me. He took me in fast, friendly, and let me know my car was ready for pick up. Thank you Pete.
My pregnant wife and I went in to replace her passenger side mirror. Was quoted over $700 by Winn at the service department. He told us atr the latest it will be done by 4:30PM. 5:00pm went by and no call from Kia. We called and they said it will be done by the time the service department closed which is at 6:00PM. Unapologetically, the service department said we can come and wait for the vehicle to be finished since it will be done today. This dealership has the quickest sales process I have ever encountered. We arrived 2:20 PM and left within three hours Wow! That was with two test drives. I have purchased many cars in the past and this by far was the easiest.
